("we", "us", "our"), having its registered address at 2 Rue Léon Thyes, L-2636, Luxembourg with registered number A43804 RCS Luxembourg, (“Arthum Ent.” or “we”) in its capacity of data controller for the purposes of applicable data protection laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016 (or any replacing law, act or regulation regarding Data Protection in force in your country).

Unless otherwise indicated, we affiliate with which you are in contact or which is mentioned in the legal notices on the Site or any other document you may receive, whether in your country of residence or abroad, has the capacity of joint controller with Arthum Ent..


Personal data is collected directly from you when you use the Site and our services or automatically when you access the Site.
We may process the following categories of personal data.
Information you provide to us :

• Identification data such as your first name, last name, gender, title, nationality, date of birth, postal address, location of residence , email address and phone number ; 

• Your preferences and interests ;

• Information you may disclose when you contact us ;

Personal data is collected directly from you, except when you are a gift recipient in which case the source of collect of your personal data is the gift purchaser. In such case, the following information is collected indirectly: first name, last name and email address.  We may also collect indirectly from our social media partners the fact that you are using their social networks and your associated advertising identifiers.

We may also collect information that you provide to us about other people, for example when you decide to purchase and send products to someone, or when you participate in a lottery/contest on our Site and want to invite friends to participate as well. We use this information only to respond to your requests and will not send marketing communications to your contacts unless they choose to receive communications from us.


We collect and process your personal data for the purposes listed below.

Based on our legitimate interests (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) to :

• Ensure the security of our Site and its users and the compliance with our Terms & Conditions of Use.

We work closely with our affiliates that are part of Google to provide our Services, market to you and to provide a seamless service across different businesses. As such we receive from such affiliates, personal information such as name, email, phone number or address.

We work closely with third parties and may receive personal information about you from them such as: technology, customer support service partners, and other service providers (to seamlessly provide our services to you), fraud prevention and cybersecurity companies (that protect our Services and information from fraud or other cyber threats), event registration companies and venue providers (that enable you to register for our events, and host events and provide various marketing, advertising, customer support, and security services related to events), cookies and similar tracking technologies (information that is automatically collected when you visit our Sites), medical services partners (that assist in providing medical services (e.g. medications, allergies, emergency care, etc.), marketing, media and digital content partners (IP addresses and email addresses to market our products and services and create additional audiences for our Services), partners and sponsors (who partner with us or sponsor our events), performance technology platforms (to enhance our service offering to you by providing performance statistics and analytics), ticketing providers (that provide services supporting our sale of tickets for our events), promotions companies (who assist in operating and managing promotions), reservation booking platforms, advertising networks (such as Google/Bing), analytics providers, payment providers and processing companies (that process your purchases of our Services and fulfil your payments on our behalf, by providing us with your billing and purchase information), e-commerce platforms (that provide platforms enabling you to purchase our Services (e.g., merchandise, tickets to events, etc.) and fulfil your orders on our behalf), lead generation partners (which provide us with your information if you are interested in receiving our Services or communicating with us), directly managed hotels and travel bookings (that enable us to facilitate your travel to/from our events), and third party data providers (that provide us with information regarding individuals interested in our Services or the services of our affiliates).

We may also receive and display personal information and content which is or you make publicly available on your social media account when you use social media logins for our Services or interact with any of our content (such as contests or when you post using one of our promoted hashtags).

Some of our key partners, who we receive data from and may share some data with (see “Recipients of Personal Data” section below), include:

  • E-commerce platforms and services

  • Media and digital content partners.

  • Ticket sellers and ticketing platforms around the world who sell tickets to events


In accordance with law, Arthum Ent. may share your personal data with:

• Its affiliates (i.e. Los Chiles Sarl, Demy Schandeler, Les Amis du Château de Vianden, Dussmann), to provide you with relevant content and services ;
• Its service payment providers (if it possible on the Site) ;
• Its processors providing it with hosting services ;
• Its processors providing it with support and other marketing services (emailing tools, customer care, ticketing services, statistical analysis services) ;
• Social networks ;
• Law enforcement, governmental agencies, or authorized third-parties, in response to a verified request relating to a criminal investigation, alleged or suspected illegal activity or any other activity that may expose it, you, or any of its other users to legal liability ;
• The purchaser, or prospective purchaser, of any business or asset which Arthum Ent. is, or is contemplating, selling ;
• And its sub-processors.

The Site may contain links to other websites for reference purposes only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy notices or practices of third party websites in these circumstances. Please contact them directly for more information.

We do share personal information with third parties unless required to perform services requested (e.g. with Demy Schandeler to book a shuttle bus seat ticket). Some of these disclosures of personal information may constitute a sale of personal information under certain data privacy laws (i.e. CCPA). Accordingly, we offer the option for you to opt out of the transfer or sale of personal information, as further set forth below.

Arthum Ent., as independent data controllers of your personal data, will utilize or share your personal data among them and their affiliates, where necessary and where there is a legal basis for processing.

We may also disclose personal information to third parties:

if we evaluate or enter into negotiations to buy, sell, or merge with any business or assets, or if we enter into bankruptcy, reorganization, or receivership, or some similar proceeding in which case we may disclose personal information about you to the prospective or eventual seller or buyer of such business or assets;

if we are under a duty to disclose or share personal information about you in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in the event of an emergency, or in order to enforce or apply our applicable Terms of Use, registration documents, and other agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or our safety or of, Endeavor, our customers, clients or others; and

to any other third party not covered in this policy with your prior consent.


We may transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"), including to countries which have different data protection standards to those which apply in the EEA. Any transfer of your Data outside the EEA is covered by appropriate safeguards compliant with applicable data protection legislation.
